2048 game

Arkadiy done the main.py with all logic of game. Maksym done the docstring dokumentation and made website for this dokumentation using Sphinx. Also Maksym done the test_game.py with PyTest for the game.

To open website you need to go ~student/2048/docs/html and open index.html
